Stumbled on this forum. Few days ago, I wondered if the exodus.io wallet would be the best idea for my question. But I was lucky to find this community. I’m a noob and would appreciate every effort that contributes to my learning.

Huge amounts of cryptocurrency saved on Exodus.io wallet is not good, I suggest Electrum for such. Electrum is secured than Exodus. Moreover their Exodus.io developers doesn’t recommend their wallet if you want to save big.

Electrum is false. Electrum cannot carry huge amount of bitcoin because it is a cold wallet, it is secured, you are correct. But saving a huge sum of money on cold wallets is not a good idea. Better still use Electrum with a hardware wallet just like @asteric200 suggested.

Electrum is not a cold wallet, it’s a software wallet. Electrum is not secured they can be vulnerable to attackers, using Electrum on a hardware wallet is the best. But storing the funds on their software or website is bad.

Armory support the offline wallet account type, safety is the first intake when you want to store huge amounts on wallet. So with armory your money is secured from malwares and attackers, offline wallets are featured on computer that doesn’t make use of the internet.

Transactions can take place only with another device that is connected to the internet. It is literally not accessible by anyone else except you.

I suggest hardware wallets like the ledger4 with screen. They are easy to use, private keys must be secured and don’t give them out. Your funds will be safe with hardware wallet.
